SaaSkit License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and SaaSkit ("Licensor", "we", "our") regarding the use of the SaaSkit boilerplate (the "Product") available at https://getsaaskit.io.

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

TL;DR

  • One purchase = one license.
  • Build unlimited personal or commercial projects.
  • You cannot resell or redistribute the boilerplate itself.

1. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product.

Under this license, you may:

  • Create unlimited personal or commercial projects
  • Modify the source code
  • Deploy applications built using SaaSkit
  • Use it for client projects

This license is granted to the individual or legal entity that purchased it and may not be shared outside that entity.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense SaaSkit as a standalone product
  • Make the source code publicly available
  • Offer SaaSkit as a competing boilerplate or template
  • Share your license key or private repository access outside your licensed scope
  • Remove or alter copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the Product in violation of applicable laws

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in SaaSkit remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.

Purchasing a license grants usage rights only. It does not transfer ownership of the original source code.

Applications you build using SaaSkit are fully yours.

4. Updates

Your purchase may include access to future updates at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the Product at any time.

We are not obligated to provide updates, support, or maintenance unless explicitly stated.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Product will meet your specific requirements
  • The Product will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Any defects will be corrected

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

If liability is established, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

7. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease distributing the original boilerplate source code. Projects already built and deployed by you may continue to operate.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SaaSkit regarding the Product and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
